CLEARFIELD – Clearfield Revitalization Corp. is developing a five-year plan, and distributing a community survey to help the CRC develop goals to benefit downtown Clearfield.
The purpose of this survey is to develop a better idea of how people feel about common attributes that contribute to a “sense of place” within the business and residential district, and to guide the organization in its revitalization strategies.
Participants may use the QR code below or this online link to access the survey webpage. The survey should take approximately seven to eight minutes to complete.
Participants may also enter their e-mail or phone number at the end to receive downtown updates, and for a chance to win one of four downtown gift cards that will randomly be given away.
