DUBOIS – Two Clearfield residents accused of a burglary where they damaged a TV and threatened the resident with a gun, were scheduled for preliminary hearings Friday.

Justin Lee Blantz, 28, and Reagan Paige Blazevich, 24 were both charged by state police after an incident in Brady Township on June 8 at 8:50 p.m.

According to the affidavit of probable cause, Blantz and Blazevich entered the residence without force. While there Blantz went to an upstairs bedroom and damaged a 42” flat screen TV.

As he left, Blantz allegedly “flashed” a pistol at one of the residents, threatening that he would shoot him. They then fled the area.

The victim was able to identify both of them.

Blantz is charged with burglary, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, criminal trespass, terroristic threats and recklessly endangering another person.

He waived his right to a preliminary hearing Friday during centralized court. His case now moves on to the court of common pleas. His bail was lowered from $100,000 to $50,000.

Blazevich is charged with burglary and criminal trespass. Additional charges of recklessly endangering another person and disorderly conduct were withdrawn before she waived her hearing.

Her bail was lowered from $50,000, monetary to $50,000, unsecured.
