CLEARFIELD – Joseph B. Bower Jr., president and chief executive officer of CNB Bank, is pleased to welcome Yarrow Diamond to CNB Bank as senior vice president of innovative solutions.
In this position, Diamond will lead the organization in researching, implementing and monitoring new technologies that align with the bank’s strategic principles.
With a focus on creating exceptional experiences for customers and employees, she will establish goals to support the strategic direction and growth of the organization.
Diamond will lead collaborative efforts focused on the identification and implementation of distinctive solutions that will improve the position of the company in product, service, efficiency and differentiation.
Prior to joining CNB, Diamond led numerous initiatives to introduce company-wide cost-effective technology and business process tactics, most recently as senior director of business architecture.
Her experience with process improvement will help the bank achieve its mission of providing the highest quality service to its customers.

A native of Hawaii, Diamond graduated from Maui High School and attended Hawaii Pacific University for her undergraduate work in psychology.
She later earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business IT management from Western Governors University followed by a Master’s degree in enterprise brchitecture from Penn State University.
Diamond is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Pega Business Architect, Project Management Professional, certified Scrum Master, certified Trainer of 7 Habits of Highly Effective People for Leadership and certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT.
In her free time, Diamond enjoys both console and board games, playing with her two dogs and rehabilitating old homes.
