OSCEOLA MILLS – The Osceola Mills Community Historical Foundation honored Andy Tocimak, one of its founding members, by featuring him as its guest of honor in the annual July 4 Parade, sponsored by the Columbia Fire Company.
Tocimak will be celebrating his 100th birthday this month. He is a World War II veteran and a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post No. 5020 of Osceola Mills.
Tocimak retired as an educator and administrator for the Philipsburg-Osceola Area School District after a long professional career. He now resides, with his wife, Louise, at Colonial Courtyard in Clearfield.
