Attendees of the Moshannon Valley Council of Governments Equipment Show had the opportunity to watch a paving machine from Midland use cold mix asphalt.
The machine paved a section of road in front of the barns at the fairgrounds. Normally asphalt paving is extremely hot, so cold mix is a novelty.
