A 46-year-old Curwensville man reported Friday on three, separate occasions, someone has been stealing gas from his vehicle while it was parked at Pilot.Â
A 52-year-old Smithfield Street man reported Friday that he was being hit in the eye with a board by a 21-year-old Smithfield Street man following an argument. The victim had come back to the apartment building, was intoxicated and confronted the 21-year-old and his parents. After the parties separated, another incident occurred between the two men, resulting in the 52-year-old being hit. He was transported to the DuBois Regional Medical Center for treatment.
A false alarm occurred Friday at Comcast at the DuBois Mall.
Falls Creek Sheetz employees reported Friday that a man dressed in a T-shirt and shorts without any shoes or socks appeared intoxicated and attempted to order food but didn’t have any money to pay for it. The 35- year-old Elgin, IL man was taken into custody and held at the Clearfield County Jail on a 48-hour detainer. Charges of public drunkenness were filed.
A 51-year-old Penfield man struck a vehicle driven by a 55-year-old Treasure Lake man Friday in the Warehouse parking lot.Â
A Lundgren Road man reported Friday that someone stole his trail camera and damaged his tree stand and hunting blind.
On Friday, a 20-year-old Hanes Drive man was traveling in Treasure Lake in the area of the Marina when he lost control of his vehicle causing it to end up in a ditch. Alcohol is a suspected factor.
A 54-year-old Treasure Lake woman reported Saturday that she was being harassed by a known male who was driving by her house and throwing things in her driveway.
On Saturday, a 93-year-old Ridgway man lost control of his vehicle on state Route 255 near Mountain Run Road, causing it to travel through a construction area and coming to rest against a backhoe. The driver and front passenger were flown to Altoona for treatment.Â
A Wayne Road resident reported Saturday that someone drove through her yard, causing approximately $1,000 worth of damage. The investigation is continuing.
An erratic driver was reported on Saturday coming from Blinker Parkway onto South Brady Street. The 42-year-old man was located on South Brady Street. He passed field sobriety tests and told officers he was very tired. He was released to his wife.
A 37-year-old woman reported Saturday that a vehicle was following her closely, passing her vehicle and then hitting its brakes. Officers were unable to locate the offending vehicle.
An 18-year-old Brockport girl reported Sunday that her wallet and iPod were taken from her vehicle, while she was at a party in Treasure Lake.
A 59-year-old DuBois woman reported Sunday that she received a call from an unknown person who told her that her camp in Cayman Landing had been broken into. When she went to check on the camp, it was secure and no one had been in it. She attempted to contact the person who called her but they would not answer the phone.Â
A 34-year-old Hanes Drive woman reported Sunday that her 14-year-old daughter had gone out with friends and she was unable to get in touch with her. The girl returned home soon after police were contacted.
