Bernadette Bridget Wood, 50, of Curwensville, passed away on April 18, 2010 at the Clearfield Hospital.
Born Oct. 13, 1959 in Sewickley, PA, she was the daughter of Steve Bodner and Josephine (Kelly) Bodner Bennett. Ms. Wood had been employed in the Telecommunications Industry. She was Lutheran by Faith and was a member of the Curwensville VFW Post 842 and the Curwensville American Legion Post 505.
Surviving is her mother of Curwensville, a son David U. Kindelberger and his fiancée Erica Saggese of Woodland, a daughter Jaime Condon and her husband William of New Brighton, PA and 6 grandchildren Hannah, Athea, and Emma Condon and Drew, Jaron, and David Jr. Kindelberger. Also surviving is a sister, brother, and sister-in-law. Rose Wilson, her husband Steve and their 4 children of Ft. Wayne, IN, John Bodner and his daughter of Morrisdale, and Marion Bodner and her 3 children.
She was preceded in death by her father, a brother Steve J. Bodner, an infant brother Evan E. Bodner, and her step-father Richard Bennett.
Memorial Services for Ms. Wood will be held at the Grace Lutheran Church in Curwensville, on April 24, 2010 at 11:00 a.m., with Pastor Richard Steuernagle officiating. Interment will be in the Grandview Cemetery Morrisdale.
Friends will be received at the church from 10:00 a.m. Saturday until time of services.
