Members of the Greater Clearfield Chamber of Commerce and the Penn Highlands Clearfield Board of Directors cut the ribbon at the new Clearfield Community Medical Building, located near the Big Lots Plaza on River Road in Clearfield. The building offers a QCare facility to provide patients with walk-in medical care for minor medical issues.
