Obituary Notice: Leslie Maines

Leslie Maines, 81, of Williamson, NY and formerly of LeContes Mills, passed away peacefully after a short illness at his home in Williamson, NY on Oct. 13, 2010, surrounded by his loving family. 

He leaves his wife of 59 years, Katherine (Graham) Maines of Williamson, NY; 

Three children:

Susan Knowlden and husband

David   Scandia

Daniel Maines and wife Karin                        Clifton Springs, NY

Rebecca Camp and husband Richard             Marion, NY

Four grandchildren:

Jacob, Matthew, Andrew, Ashley

Three sisters and a brother:

Elizabeth Noland                                             N. Ridgeville, OH

Doris Kilburn and husband Darrell                 Fairport, NY

Beatrice Maney and husband Richard           Frenchville

Andrew Maines and wife Alma                      Springhills, FL 

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two grandchildren and a brother David Maines.

A memorial service will be held at the Kevin A. Beardsley Funeral Home, Clearfield on Monday at 11 a.m. with Rev. David B. Letscher officiating.  Interment will follow in the Gillingham Cemetery, Frenchville. 

Friends will be received at the funeral home on Monday from 10-11:00 a.m.
