State police at Clearfield
- State police received a report about a burglary that occurred June 10-11 at a Main Street business in Coalport Borough. During the incident, someone allegedly gained entry after throwing an object and breaking the glass window in the front door. Once inside, state police say they stole a jar and donation can containing loose change. Anyone with information is asked to contact state police at 814-857-3800.
- State police reported on an incident of DUI/resisting arrest that occurred Thursday in the area of Hale Road and Railroad Street in Woodward Township. A vehicle operated by a Morann male was stopped for summary traffic violations, and he was allegedly determined to be under the influence. During the stop, state police say he became physically resistant and refused to comply. State police will charge the male pending blood test results.
Lawrence Township
- Police received a report about drug activity Wednesday at a Montgomery Run Road residence in Lawrence Township. Upon further investigation, officers seized “a large number of drug-related items.” Police have sent the items to the crime laboratory for analysis.
