Police Report: PSP CLFD

Police are investigating a physical altercation between two men at State Correctional Institution Houtzdale. The incident took place in the exercise area. Officials at SCI-Houtzdale noticed one of the men had a metal shank. They gained control of the weapon man.
After a traffic stop on Interstate 80, a Pharr, TX, man consented to a search. Police found drug paraphernalia and a false compartment with $1000 in it. All items were seized and Serna was charged at District Court in Kylertown.
An incident of harassment between an 18-year old woman and a 46-year old woman took place at 3061 Morrisdale-Allport Highway in Morris Township. The two women assaulted one another after an argument. A citation of harassment for each woman was filed in District Court 46-3-03.
Police are investigating a theft that occurred on Fourth Avenue in Woodward Township. Alexandra Dugan, of Houtzdale, told police that someone stole two concrete dwarfs, worth $200, from her yard. The dwarfs are 2 inches tall and red and white in color. Anyone with information is asked to contact 857-3800.
