Judith K. Zimmerman, 74 of Sykesville died Wednesday, April 23, 2014 at Penn Highlands DuBois.
Born Nov. 5, 1939 in Clearfield, she was the daughter of the late Francis and Gladys (Hoover) Harasti.
On July 11, 1964 she married Donald W. Zimmerman. He survives.
She retired as a receptionist with Dr. James Martino, DDS
She enjoyed spoiling her children and grandchildren, cooking, baking, reading and planting and enjoying her flowers.
She is survived by a daughter, Marissa Andrulonis and two sons, Brian Zimmerman and his wife, Janet and Brad Zimmerman, all of DuBois. She is also survived by a sister, Theresa Ammerman of Clearfield and five grandchildren, Lilly and Jack Zimmerman, Isaac and Aaron Andrulonis and Mathue Volpe.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Francis Harasti and two sisters, Joan White and Sandra Hawkins.
There will be no public visitation
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Grace United Methodist Church with Pastor Dawn Krishart officiating.
Burial will be in Sykesville Memorial Cemetery.
Memorials may be placed with Grace United Methodist Church, 32 ½ E. Main St., and or Sykesville Library, 21 E. Main St., both in Sykesville, PA 15865.
