CLEARFIELD – Joshua J. LaFleur, MBA, joined the staff of Penn Highlands Clearfield as the vice president of operations.
In this newly-created position, Joshua will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at the hospital as well as implementing strategies for growth.
The extensive experience in administration, organizational management, patient care and patient satisfaction that Joshua offers will be an asset to Penn Highlands Clearfield.
For the past 10 years, he has held healthcare management positons at Ochsner Health, Baptist Campus, in New Orleans, La.
While at the 195-bed hospital, his responsibilities progressed from director of imaging services to director of imaging and oncology services to his most recent position there as the hospital’s director of clinical operations.
Prior to joining Ochsner Health, Joshua was the director of radiology at The Regional Medical Center of Acadiana, in Lafayette, La. and radiology manager at Memorial Hospital Central Campus in Colorado Springs, Co.
Joshua received his Master of Business Administration degree from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, La.
He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology from the University of Arkansas for the Medical Science in Little Rock, Ark. and a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, La.
Joshua is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, American Healthcare Radiology Administrators and Society of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging.
