PSP Clearfield

State police are investigating the theft of heating oil from a residence in Wallaceton Borough.  The fuel was valued at $952.22.  Anyone with information is asked to contact PSP Clearfield at 814.857.3800.

State police arrested Jaylynn J. McCoy, 19, of Osceola Borough for interfering with a lawful arrest.  She was charged with obstruction of justice, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

State police arrested Nasir Johnson, 18, of Osceola Mills after a report of a threat was made to an employee of McDonald’s in Philipsburg.  It was revealed that Johnson was unhappy with the service he was provided.  Johnson allegedly threatened to get a gun and shoot the manager or have the manager shot.  Charges have been filed.  Johnson is lodged in the Clearfield County Jail of $50,000 bail.

Police are investing a domestic assault that occurred on November 23 in Osceola Borough.  It was found that a known male physically assaulted his spouse during the altercation.  The male was arrested and lodged in the Clearfield County Jail.

Police arrested a 44 year-old Hawk Run female after she removed a case of drinking water from the Dollar General in Kylertown with out paying.  Charges have been filed.

Police investigated a report of theft from the Dollar General Store in Morris Twp.  A Curwensville woman stole $6.25 worth of items from the store.  Charges are pending.
