CLEARFIELD – Phoenix PT will be hosting an open house with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Nov. 2, from 4 p.m. – 7 p.m.
State Rep. Dallas Kephart will be present as well as other local officials. Staff will have food and drinks available to the public.
