KARTHAUS – Escapee, Joshua D. Lackey, has been apprehended and is currently in police custody, according to correspondence from the Quehanna Boot Camp.

KARTHAUS – At approximately 1:50 a.m. July 5, an inmate participating in the State Drug Treatment Program escaped from the Quehanna Boot Camp, located in Karthaus, Clearfield County. The individual escaped by exiting the rear door of the housing unit.
Individuals with information on the whereabouts of this escapee should contact Pennsylvania State Police immediately. Do not approach the individual.
The escapee is Joshua D. Lackey, a 35-year-old white male, who has a light complexion, brown hair and brown eyes. He is 6’,2” and weighs 245 pounds.
He was sentenced to 18-36 months in Westmoreland County for theft of movable property.
His tattoos include: R/Hand “No Regrets”, Stars; R/Arm Skulls, Guns, Hourglass, Pray Hands, Stars; L/Hand “$ Hungry”; L/Arm Skulls, Clock; Face “Z”, 2 Teardrops; Neck T At Gun, “Cream”, Middle Finger W/Globe; Back Jesus; Chest “Tolerated…Hated”
His scars include: R/elbow 2” and L/foot missing fourth toe.
Officials have sent a message via Code RED to registered individuals.
The facility is currently locked down while officials conduct an investigation.
