Lawrence Township
- Police received a report of retail theft Oct. 2 at the Clearfield Walmart store. According to police, 34-year-old Thomas Hare of Madera was detained and identified as the suspect of numerous thefts between July 11 and Oct. 2. Allegedly, he committed 28 transactions with 190 items in all, with 172 of those items being identified and valued at $1,660.77. Felony charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property have been filed against Hare.
