Culinary Arts Students Learning how to Lead Kitchen

CLEARFIELD – Students in the Culinary Arts and Food Management program at the Clearfield County Career and Technology Center (CCCTC) are learning time-management and group leadership in the program. 

By learning effective time management skills, as well as methods for leading your colleagues in the kitchen, it will help the student work as an efficient unit.

Students are given individual tasks to complete one project in the end. Shown in photo is Jakob Kendrick, Clearfield Area Junior-Senior High School, completing his part of the project by sautéing onions.
