CLEARFIELD – The Clearfield County Commissioners held a brief meeting Tuesday morning.
The commissioners:
- proclaimed October as Domestic Violence Awareness Month at the request of Tammy McGary, counselor advocate III for the Community Action Crossroads Project. She said despite the COVID pandemic, they continue to provide 24/7 assistance to victims of domestic violence. She said those in need of help should call 814-768-7200 to speak wit a counselor.
- approved an amendment to the county’s inmate telephone vending agreement with DSI-ITI.
- approved the minutes from the Sept. 7 meeting as presented by the chief clerk.
- approved the bills as presented by the Controller’s office.
