Clearfield Borough
- Police received a report about a domestic on Williams Street. Upon arrival on-scene, police found that a male and female had engaged in a verbal altercation. Police were able to separate the couple for the day.
- Police received a report about a disabled vehicle on River Road. Upon arrival on-scene, it was found that the vehicle was leaking fuel. Fire personnel assisted until the arrival of towing services.
- Police received a report about an overdose on Daisy Street. Upon arrival on-scene, police located an unresponsive male, and he was transported by ambulance to the hospital.
- Police received a report about a theft along East Market Street. During the incident, someone allegedly took an Xbox and a sum of cash from a residence while the occupants were not at home.
- Police received a report about a large tree limb hanging on the power lines in the area of Turnpike Avenue and Hannah Street. Police provided traffic control while Penelec responded and removed the limb.
- Police received a report of harassment on East Locust Street. According to police, a tenant stated that her neighbor was intoxicated and banging on her door. Police were able to handle the situation on-scene.
- Police checked on a suspicious vehicle along Nichols Street.
- Police received a report about an activated alarm at a business on North Third Street. Upon arrival on-scene, police found everything to be OK.
Lawrence Township
- Police received a report about a domestic assault Sunday on Barn Road. During the incident, 51-year-old Mark Claycomb of Clearfield allegedly head-butted a 29-year-old Clearfield man while arguing over the care/custody of minor children in the home. Police say Claycomb was intoxicated, and taken into custody. He was housed in Clearfield County Jail on charges of simple assault, disorderly conduct and harassment.
Curwensville Borough
- Police received a report about an erratic driver in the area of State Street and Bressler Road. However, police were unable to locate the vehicle.
- Police received a report about a vehicle lockout. Upon arrival, it was unlocked without issue for the caller.
- Police were contacted by a local resident who wanted a firearm returned to their possession. Police were able to handle the incident without arrest.
- Police received a report about a hit-and-run. According to police, a known male was struck by a vehicle in the parking lot of Goodman’s Foodliner. Anyone with information is asked to contact police.
- Police arrested two individuals on warrants upon receiving a suspicious person report in the area of the Dollar General Store. Both were then housed in county jail.
- Curwensville Emergency Medical Services was assisted with a motor vehicle crash in Penn Township. Police say a landing zone was established at the Curwensville High School.
- Police received a report about an abandoned vehicle in the area of the Sew Crafty shop. Towing services were contacted and removed the vehicle.
- Police responded to a reported noise complaint on Schofield Street.
- Police were contacted about possible ordinance violations in the Grandview Avenue area. However, it was learned there wasn’t a violation at the present time.
- Police were contacted about a parking issue in the area of South Street. The person was advised that the vehicle would be removed from the area.
