CLEARFIELD – The Good Samaritan Center will hold its 10th annual Chinese New Year Dance later this month.
Themed “Year of the Rat,” it will be held Jan. 31, from 6 p.m. – 10 p.m., at the Clearfield Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1785. The VFW Post is located at 1145 Industrial Park Rd., Clearfield.
Advance tickets are a $20 per person donation, and are available for purchase at the GSC Men’s Shelter and Clearfield Chamber of Commerce. Admission will be $25 at the door.
The cost will include dinner, plus there will be a cash bar, Chinese auction, 50/50 drawing and lottery chance. Music will be provided by the Moore Brothers.
All proceeds will benefit the Good Samaritan Center, which has been providing help to homeless men and local families since 1991.
