CLEARFIELD – Emmalee Marshall, Clearfield Area Junior-Senior High School graduate, was honored recently as the Clearfield Rotary Club’s 2019 scholarship winner at a dinner held at Moena Restaurant.
Marshall expressed many thanks to club members and shared that she will be attending the Pennsylvania College of Technology as part of its dental hygienist program.
