Clearfield graduate, Stacey Houchins, was named as the recipient of the 2019 Clearfield Business & Professional Women’s Club scholarship. It was recently presented to Houchins by Michele Fannin, BPW scholarship committee member. Houchins plans to attend Lock Haven University – Main Campus where she’ll study social work. On behalf of the club, Fannin wished Houchins all the best with her educational endeavors.
