State police at Clearfield
- State police received a report about an incident of harassment that occurred Tuesday at the Philipsburg-Osceola Middle School. During the incident, a sixth-grade student allegedly gave a fellow student a “purple nurple.” State police have cited the 12-year-old boy from West Decatur and would like to remind parents to teach their kids to not give “purple nurples.”
- State police received a report about an incident of harassment Monday on Cooper Avenue in Cooper Township. During the incident, an 18-year-old Woodland woman and a 27-year-old Grassflat woman allegedly shoved each other. Charges have been filed through the district court.
