CLEARFIELD – A Clearfield man is facing charges after being found in possession of drugs and various items of paraphernalia.

Marcus Homer Waltmon, 40, has been charged by the Pennsylvania State Police, Bureau of Criminal Investigations, with two felony counts of manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver.

He’s also been charged with two misdemeanor counts of intentional possession of a controlled substance and one misdemeanor count of use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

Waltmon waived his right to a preliminary hearing Wednesday during centralized court at the Clearfield County Jail. His bail is currently set at $100,000 monetary.

The charges stem from a search warrant executed at Waltmon’s residence Oct. 17 in Clearfield Borough, according to the affidavit of probable cause filed with the office of Magisterial District Judge Mike Morris.

Waltmon was found in possession of 10 bags of suspected methamphetamine and two containers of suspected marijuana, plus four bags of an unknown substance.

He also had syringes, four digital scales, rubber bands, an assortment of smoking devices, a pricing sheet and cash, state police said.
