DUBOIS – On Oct. 18, the Free Medical Clinic of DuBois will host its annual fashion show at the Lakeview Lodge in Treasure Lake.
All proceeds from the fashion show go directly to patient care, supporting the Free Clinic’s mission to provide medical care and pharmaceutical services to the uninsured working and non-working residents of the Tri-County area who meet eligibility requirements.
Doors open at 5 p.m. with dinner at 6 p.m. and the fashion show immediately to follow. Tickets are $35 per person and include dinner and admission. Guests will have the chance to participate in a 50/50 drawing and basket raffle giveaway.
Following a sold-out event last year, Free Clinic Executive Director Annette Latuska shares how the community’s participation impacts the clinic’s mission.
“There’s nothing better than a girls’ night for a good cause, but we couldn’t make it happen without our guests, sponsors and models,” she said. “We are so grateful for the support this area shows the Free Clinic year after year at the fashion show. It’s a celebration for so many reasons.”
Dr. Purvi Parekh is this year’s Runway Sponsor, with Dr. Richard and Annette Latuska as Designer Sponsors and Dr. George and Dona Bean, Buck’s Pizza and Swift Kennedy & Company as this year’s Vogue Sponsors.
Ms. Cat’s Cache and Guzzo’s & Co. will provide apparel for modeling, and tickets to the fashion show are available at each of their stores in downtown DuBois and at the Free Medical Clinic. Contact the Clinic at 814-372-2200 with questions.
