Clearfield Borough
- Police received a report about a domestic on North Fourth Street. Upon arrival, police found that a verbal altercation had taken place between two females; further, one female had left prior to their arrival on scene. Charges are currently pending in the incident.
- Police reported that a bicycle was removed from a residence along Daisy Street.
- Police received a report about a male who was passed out inside a hallway on West Market Street. Police located the male who was allegedly under the influence and found to be in possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.
- Police responded to the East Cherry Street area where a female was reportedly intoxicated and attempting to get a ride to Curwensville. Police located the female along South Front Street and were able to release her to a sober adult.
- Police are investigating a report of harassment that occurred along Nichols Street.
- Police received a report about an intoxicated male walking in the middle of the roadway on Gulich Avenue. However, police searched the area and were unable to locate anyone.
- Police were requested to check the welfare of a female who had made threats of self-harm on Spruce Street. Police were able to speak with the female and put her in contact with the proper agencies.
- Police received an animal complaint that occurred on East Locust Street. Police were able to handle the incident on scene.
- Police reported that damage occurred to a motorcycle while it was parked along Merrill Street. The investigation is continuing at this time.
Lawrence Township
- Police reported on an incident of DUI that occurred Saturday on the Clearfield Bypass. According to police, a traffic stop was conducted on the bypass in the area of Park Avenue Extension after multiple violations. The male driver was allegedly found to be under the influence of alcohol and taken to the hospital for a blood draw. Charges are to be filed against him as a result.
- Police received a report about an unresponsive male inside a shed Friday on Mount Joy Road. Upon arrival, officers observed Xanax pills all over the floor and the male’s lap. Police were able to wake the male and saw a lime green substance dripping from his nostril. He was reportedly very confused and had thick slurred speech. He was cleared by Clearfield Emergency Medical Services and transported to county jail.
- Police reported on an incident of DUI that occurred Saturday in the area of River Road and Patton Street. The driver was allegedly found to be under the influence of alcohol and she was taken to the hospital. Charges are pending the receipt of blood test results.
- Police reported on an incident of DUI that occurred Sunday on the Clearfield-Curwensville Highway. During a traffic stop, the male driver was allegedly found to be under the influence of alcohol. He was subsequently taken into custody and transported to the hospital for a blood draw. Charges are currently pending at this time.
- Police reported on a drug-related DUI that occurred Monday in the area of River Road and Plaza Drive. According to police, routine patrol was being conducted when officers observed a vehicle sitting stationary with its headlights on in the Q Care parking lot. The facility was closed and officers made contact with the occupants; a passenger had started walking around outside once he observed a police presence in the area. Upon investigation, it was determined a female occupant was providing a false name and it was later learned she had an active arrest warrant through state parole. She was also allegedly under the influence of methamphetamine and multiple items of drug paraphernalia were found inside the vehicle. Police took the female to the hospital for a legal blood draw after which she was released to state parole. Charges will be filed in the incident.
