Lawrence Township
- Police received a report about an incident of theft that occurred Tuesday on Daisy Street Extension in Lawrence Township. During the incident, someone allegedly stole a Sony PlayStation and assorted games, valued at $450, from a home. Police are continuing their investigation at this time.
- Police received a report about an incident of burglary that occurred Tuesday at the Lawrence Park Village in Lawrence Township. During the incident, someone allegedly broke into an apartment and stole items from inside. Police are continuing their investigation at this time.
- Police reported on an incident of DUI that occurred Aug. 4 on Mill Road in Clearfield. According to police, a traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle driven by a 42-year-old man following the closure of the county fair. He was allegedly under the influence of alcohol, and charges will be filed as a result.
- Police reported on an incident of public drunkenness that occurred Tuesday on Turnpike Avenue. According to police, officers were requested to check the welfare of a Clearfield male who was possibly under the influence of a controlled substance. After searching the area for several minutes, officers were able to locate the male and he was visibly under the influence. He was taken into custody and housed in county jail on a 48-hour detainer with a citation pending.
