CLEARFIELD – Clearfield Rotarian Joe White recently participated in the Clearfield YMCA Polar Bear Swim at Parker Dam.
He raised the most contributions and also earned the first position through the ice.

Rotary Past District Gov. David Ford also jumped into the frigid waters at the event.
