State police at Clearfield
- State police received a report about an incident of assault/harassment that occurred Thursday on the Morrisdale-Allport Highway in Morris Township. According to state police, there was a report about a male and female involved in a disturbance. Both allegedly subjected each other to unwanted physical contact, and charges will be filed through the district court.
- State police received a report about an incident of theft by unlawful taking that occurred Saturday or Sunday on the Old Erie Pike in Boggs Township. During the incident, someone allegedly took a pill bottle with approximately 30-40 oxycodone pills that belonged to the victim. - State police received a report about an incident of theft from a motor vehicle that occurred sometime between Aug. 23 and Friday in the 200 block of Laurel Run Road in Boggs Township. During the incident, someone allegedly removed the speedometer cluster from a side-by-side parked in front of the victim’s garage. State police at Philipsburg
- State police received a report about an incident of burglary that occurred Thursday or Friday on North Centre Street in Philipsburg Borough. During the incident, someone allegedly broke the window of the Skills of Central PA office building with a blunt object and once inside, they stole several items. - State police received a report about an incident of theft/access device fraud that occurred Aug. 15 at various locations throughout Philipsburg Borough. During the incident, someone allegedly used the victim’s bank card to withdraw money and to make purchases. State police are continuing their investigation at this time.
- State police reported a drug violation that occurred Friday on Interstate 99 in Worth Township. A 21-year-old Washington, D.C. man, David Davis, was a passenger of a vehicle stopped for a traffic violation. He was allegedly found with a small amount of marijuana in his possession. He was charged for the incident through the district court.
- State police reported a DUI incident that occurred Sunday on North Fourth Street in Philipsburg Borough. According to state police, a 49-year-old male was asleep in his vehicle and parked along the street. He was allegedly found to be under the influence of alcohol. Charges are currently pending at this time.
- State police received a report about an incident of retail theft that occurred Sunday at Weis Market in Philipsburg Borough. During the incident, a Morrisdale couple allegedly attempted to remove several items, which totaled $51.42. State police are continuing their investigation at this time.
State police at Punxsutawney
- State police received a report about an incident of harassment that occurred Friday on Third Street in Stump Creek. During the incident, a male allegedly shoved the victim, causing her to fall backward. State police are continuing their investigation at this time.
- State police received a report about an incident of theft/fraud that occurred Friday on the Sykesville-Troutville Road in Punxsutawney. During the incident, someone allegedly used the victim’s information to open an account and to make fraudulent charges. State police are continuing their investigation at this time.
- State police received a report about an incident of endangering the welfare of children that occurred Aug. 14 at a Route 119 address in Young Township. During the incident, a known person allegedly left a 10-year-old and a 1-year-old inside a vehicle.
- State police received a report about an incident of simple assault that occurred July 30-31 on Main Street in McCalmont Township. It allegedly involved a known male suspect and a female victim; it remains under investigation at this time.
- State police received a report about an incident of harassment that occurred Friday on Bouch Road in Bell Township. During the incident, a verbal altercation occurred over property and allegedly turned physical when the male suspect grabbed a hold of the male victim.
- State police received a report about an incident of retail theft that occurred Friday at Wal-Mart in Young Township. During the incident, unknown male suspects allegedly deprived Wal-Mart of more than $1,000 of merchandise. - State police will conduct a DUI checkpoint during the month of September in Elk County.
- State police received a report about an incident of retail theft that occurred Saturday at Wal-Mart in St. Marys. During the incident, a 35-year-old Emporium man allegedly removed $73.93 worth of merchandise without paying for it. He was cited through the district court as a result.
- State police received a report about an incident of retail theft that occurred Saturday at the Wal-Mart in St. Marys. During the incident, a 34-year-old Emporium woman allegedly removed $73.54 worth of merchandise without paying for it. She was cited for the incident through the district court as a result.

- Police received a noise complaint that occurred on Bowman’s Hill Road.

- Police conducted a traffic stop in the area of High Level Road. It resulted in a warrant service and a male being housed at county jail.
- Police received a report about a psychological emergency on Good Street.
- Police received a traffic complaint that occurred in the area of the Sapp Bros. Truck Stop.
- Police received a report about an alleged incident of theft that occurred in the area of Leonard Street.
- Police received a traffic complaint that occurred in the area of Lowe’s Drive.
- Police received a report about an alleged incident of harassment in the area of Larson Road.

DuBois City
- Police received a report about a patient who was treated and had left Penn Highlands Hospital but who was calling and threatening a doctor. He was denied pain medication while at the hospital and later he allegedly called to threaten the doctor. Police made contact with the male and advised he wasn’t to have any contact with the doctor.
- Police were requested to check the welfare of a person in Andrea Court. Police made contact with them and found that they were OK.
