CLEARFIELD – A 40-year-old Clearfield man, Scott Hockenberry, is Fugitive of the Week, according to District Attorney William A. Shaw Jr.
Hockenberry is wanted for failure to appear at revocation court on June 26 and arraignment court on June 28, and warrants have been issued for his arrest.
On April 26, Officer Daniel Podliski of the Clearfield Borough Police Department filed a criminal complaint against Hockenberry.
Podliski charged Hockenberry with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, F; criminal use of a communications facility, F3; dealing in proceeds of unlawful activities, F1; and possession of a controlled substance, M.
According to the affidavit of probable cause, on Feb. 18, officers executed a search warrant to continue their investigation into the distribution of methamphetamine.
Inside a local residence, officers allegedly located methamphetamine, paraphernalia and U.S. currency. Officer subsequently conducted several interviews, which implicated Hockenberry in the distribution of methamphetamine.
A preliminary hearing was held June 7, at which time all charges were held to court against Hockenberry
He failed to appear for arraignment court on June 28. In a separate case, he failed to appear for revocation court on June 26.
Warrants have been issued for Hockenberry’s arrest. He is described as a Caucasian male who stands 5 feet, 11 inches tall. He has brown hair and eyes.
