DUBOIS – A DuBois man is facing charges for allegedly exposing himself to three different women.
Christopher Eugene Noland, 29, was charged with three misdemeanor counts of indecent exposure and three summary counts of harassment by DuBois City police after incidents on June 21, 22 and 25.
According to the affidavit of probable cause, on June 21 a woman was walking near Penn Central Door when a Caucasian male wearing sunglasses and a gray sweatshirt asked for directions to Wal-Mart.
After she gave him directions, she started to walk away. He then allegedly removed a sweatshirt from his groin and exposed his genitals to her.
On June 22 a second female reported to police that a man matching the same description, driving a white SUV asked for directions to Wal-Mart, before reportedly exposing himself to her.
She saw him a second time on June 22 when he attempted to speak to her. She said he was wearing the same clothing both days.
The third incident happened on June 25. This victim was walking around the 200 block of South Main Street when she saw a man with the same description in a white Jeep Cherokee in a parking lot. He asked for directions to Wal-Mart and when she approached the vehicle, he exposed himself to her, she reported.
Police saw Noland, who matched the description of the man, traveling North on North Main Street June 30. He was stopped and taken to the police station where he was questioned.
Once there he allegedly admitted he was the male actor the women saw. He said he was doing it as a joke and apologized for the fear it caused, police said.
Noland’s preliminary hearing is scheduled for Aug. 18 at 10 a.m.
