WOODLAND – The Animal Welfare Council/Allegheny Spay & Neuter Clinic of Woodland held its fifth annual “Be Kind to Animals” T-shirt design contest this past spring.
The contest was open to all youth who were aged 6 – 17 years. Well more than 200 entries were received from students in at least two school districts.
Winners were Noah Troxell (6 – 7 yeas); Madison Elizabeth Howe (8 – 9 years); Isabella Walls (10 – 13 years) and Jeremiah Bloom (14 – 17 years). All winners attend the Clearfield Area School District.
