CLEARFIELD – Area children now have another musical opportunity available to them.
The Clearfield Arts Studio Theatre Inc. is announcing a new vocal group: High Voltage.
High Voltage is a youth show choir aimed at getting kids involved in the arts and their community.
Upon joining the group, students will be encouraged to be creative and outgoing, and grow as a person and a musician.
Rehearsals will be on Mondays from 6 p.m. – 7 p.m. in the dance studio at CAST beginning April 4. All children in grades 3-8 are invited to join the group, regardless of singing or dancing abilities.
Parents are asked to accompany their children to the first rehearsal in order to complete registration information. Registration is $15.
Mason Strouse serves as the group’s musical director, and Rachel Duke will be the choreographer.
Other volunteers from CAST will assist in facilitating the program. All volunteers have clearances and regularly volunteer at CAST and with local children.
