CLEARFIELD – Clearfield Borough police are continuing their investigation into a hit-and-run accident that resulted in property damage.
According to the report, between 10 p.m. and 11 p.m. Feb. 21, a 2004-2006 model of a dark-colored Toyota Scion XB traveled off the roadway. It caused damage to a fence and two yards before fleeing the scene south on South Second Street, police said.
During the investigation, police were able to collect vehicle parts at the accident scene. They were also able to determine the vehicle’s make and model.
Police have released a stock photo of the vehicle, the parts collected at the scene and the property damage to a fence.
