The alleged stabbing incident occurred Monday at Warrick’s residence. He turned himself into police and was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge James Hawkins. He was placed in the Clearfield County Jail in lieu of $100,000 bail.
Warrick is facing charges of aggravated assault, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, harassment and disorderly conduct. His preliminary hearing has been scheduled for 9:30 a.m. Dec. 12 at the CCJ.
According to a previous GantDaily.com report, on Monday police responded to the Clearfield Hospital for an alleged stabbing victim. Upon police arrival, an 18-year-old Clearfield man told police he’d been at his residence with family. At some point, the man and his 22-year-old brother disagreed and engaged in a physical struggle.
The man alleged they were struggling as his brother had picked up a knife. After being separated by family members, the man alleged his brother stabbed him twice with one wound in his left, upper side area of his stomach and another in the left, upper calf area.
Police said the man’s injuries were not life-threatening.
