Police Report: Philipsburg PSP

• An incident of theft by unlawful taking occurred sometime between 11 p.m. Sunday and 6 a.m. Monday at the intersection of White Birch and B streets in Rush Township. A 65-year-old West Decatur man reported that items were stolen from his vehicle. The incident remains under investigation at this time.
• An incident of harassment occurred at 12:01 a.m. Sunday along North Ninth Street in Philipsburg Borough. A known 17-year-old boy and a known 19-year-old man allegedly engaged in a physical fight. Charges will be filed through the district court.
