The person believed the child could have been grabbed by the neck by his father. However, the person neither provided the father’s nor the child’s name. However, police were given a license plate number, which returned an Alleghany County address. Police weren’t able to proceed due to lack of information. Anyone who may have witnessed the alleged assault of a 7-year-old in a clothing department of a store in Lawrence Township is asked to contact police.
An incident of trespass was reported to police; however, police learned the individuals weren’t trespassing and on adjourning property.
