PINE TOWNSHIP – No injuries were reported following a single-vehicle accident at 4:50 a.m. Friday on Interstate 80 in Pine Township, the Clearfield-based state police reported this morning.
Michelle L. Ripple, 30, of St. Marys was traveling eastbound when she lost control of her vehicle. It then exited the left-hand side of the roadway, striking an embankment and overturning.
Ripple and her passengers, Samuel Warner, 55, of St. Marys and Malinda J. Gadley, 22, of Johnsonburg and a known St. Marys juvenile were wearing their seatbelts. Ripple was cited for failing to drive her vehicle at a safe speed.
