Police Report: STPD

June 6, 2012

Employees of DuBois Village reported that an older couple in a white car possibly hit and damaged a transport van in the parking lot.  The couple then left the scene.

A 22 year old Brockway woman reported that while she was at work at Bon Ton someone removed a plastic cover on her car window and took 2 bags of various items from her vehicle.

A 27 year old DuBois woman reported she was being harassed by her husband at the bar at the Clarion Hotel.  When officers arrived at the bar, they could not locate the woman and when County Control called her phone, she denied calling.  Officers located the woman and she said she was just arguing with her husband and he left the scene and she doesn’t know where he went.  She said she was just annoyed with him and wants him to leave her alone.  Officers warned her about calling 911 when there was not a viable incident occurring.

A 77 year old Reynoldsville woman was traveling south on state Route 119 and failed to stop in time to avoid hitting a vehicle that was being driven by a 30 year old Treasure Lake man.  Both vehicles sustained moderate to major damage and no injuries reported.

A false alarm was reported at By the Room Furniture.

Employees of Wal -Mart reported an intoxicated male in the parking lot trying to start fights with customers.  The man left the area in a white Hyundai Sante Fe.
