CLEARFIELD – A Clearfield man who was tazed after domestic incident pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct.
David L. Kulling was ordered to pay fines and costs. He was charged after an incident in which police were called to a domestic on Southwest Third Avenue. As a result of the call and what occurred when police arrived, he was tazed.
