Police Report: CBPD

On Sept. 25 police received a report of a possible DUI leaving the East Sixth Street area and traveling into town. Officers located the vehicle in question and conducted a traffic stop. A 22-year-old Clearfield woman was taken into custody for DUI charges. Blood results are pending.
Officers were called to East Walnut Street and South Third Street for a tree limb and wires down on the road. Officers removed the wife and limb.
Police provided assistance to two separate motorists who were in need of assistance.
Police responded to a minor accident on Thursday afternoon on Vanvalzah Avenue. A Clearfield man reported that a vehicle stopped in front of him, at which time a vehicle driven by a Clearfield woman struck the rear of his vehicle. No injuries were reported.
