Police Report: CBPD

Police responded to a traffic complaint on Elks and Bigler Avenues. A red Kia was reportedly parked in a manor blocking another vehicle. The operator of the Kia would not move at the other driver’s request. The Kia was gone when officers arrived.
Police were alled to check the welfare of woman on East Market Street. A 4-year-old called stating that he could not wake his mother. Officers found both to be okay.
Police are investigating a theft from a motor vehicle parked on Reed Street. The items were discovered during another theft investigation on Nichols Street. Charges are pending against a female suspect.
