HYDE – A search is currently under way for missing boy who was last seen in the Riverview Road area of Hyde between last night and early this morning, reported a spokesperson of the Lawrence Township Police Department.
Police said the 15-year-old boy who is mentally disabled stands approximately 5-feet, 7-inches tall. They also described the boy with short, curly blonde hair and brown eyes.
Police believed he was wearing a black T-shirt and jeans at the time he was reported missing. He was also wearing red and black Vans sneakers.
Police are currently being assisted by the Clearfield Borough Police Department, the Clearfield County Sheriff’s Department and the Hyde Fire Company.
In addition, tracking teams have been called in from Jefferson and Elk Counties, police said. They have organized their search at the fire company in Hyde.
