Police Report: Curwensville Borough

Police report that a building was entered. Once the actors gained entry they destroyed the inside of the structure, causing extensive damage estimated to be over $40,000. The State Police assisted in collecting evidence from the scene.
An act of harrassment was reported to police Friday evening.
Police are investigating an incident of fraud involving a check for $4000.
Suspects removed a handbag from a vehicle at an unknown time that contained valuables.
A local business reported theft by deception. Police made contact with the person involved and payment was made the following day. No further police action was requested.
Over 50 DVD’s and several CD’s and several hundred dollars were removed from a Walnut Street Residence.
Police report that unauthorized persons are not permitted on the Howes leather properties located on Meadow Street and Cooper Road. Violators apprehended will be arrested for trespass.
