Police Report: PSP Philipsburg

Police report an incident of criminal mischief that occurred Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. on Sharpless Street in Rush Township. The incident occurred when the accused removed the victim’s metal post for her chain link fence from the ground and then dismantled a portion of the fence. The accused also cut the victim’s landscaping and tossed it into the yard. This incident is an ongoing property dispute between the victim and the accused. Summary charges of criminal mischief have been filed on the accused at District Court 49-3-03.
Police report an incident involving a bad check that occurred on Jan. 21 in Rush Township. The crime occurred when the defendant issued a check in the amount of $134.88 that could not be honored to the victim. The defendant was issued a non-traffic citation for bad checks.
Police report an incident of trespass that occurred between July 22 and July 25 at a location on Ray Street in Union Township. The incident occurred when the accused drove onto the victim’s property with the vehicle listed above after being told numerous times not to come onto the property. Charges of defiant trespassing have been filed on three people at District Court 49-3-03.
