Ken Starr, owner of Starr Hill Winery and chairman of the Groundhog Wine Trail, presents a check for $1,000 to Karen Potts, chairman of the BPOE 540 Elks Christmas Program for children. The Elks hold the event the first weekend in December at the Clearfield Elks Club. Â
Potts and her volunteers helped make the third annual Groundhog Trail Wine Fest, held Feb. 6 at the Expo I Building, a tremendous success. The Groundhog Wine Trail Wine Fest will be held next year at the Clearfield Fair Grounds Expo 1 Building on Feb. 5, 2011.
