HARRISBURG – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation today announced that all driver license and photo centers, including its full-service center in Harrisburg, will be closed on Feb. 14, and Feb. 16, in observance of Presidents’ Day.
Whenever offices are closed, customers may still use PennDOT’s 24-hour Driver and Vehicle Services Web site at no extra fee. Online services include driver’s license and photo ID renewal, vehicle registration renewal, driver history services, change of address and exam scheduling.
