DUBOIS – Three members of the Penn State DuBois family will soon shed their locks to raise money for children battling cancer.
Faculty member, Dr. Bill Allenbaugh, staff member, Garrett Rowen, and Student Government Association President, Tony Harris have all agreed to go under the sheers. Allenbaugh and Rowen have agreed to a haircut, while Harris says he’ll go all the way to a razor smooth noggin.
Everyone is invited to try their hand at hairstyling. For a small donation to THON, the Penn State Dance Marathon to benefit children with cancer, you can take the sheers and help these men find their new style.
The THON haircut will take place Feb. 20, at 12:15 p.m. in the Student Union at Penn State DuBois. For more information, contact the Penn State DuBois Office of Student Life at 375-4764.
