DRIFTING – A 39-year-old Drifting woman suffered moderate injuries when she swerved her sport-utility vehicle while trying to avoid hitting four-wheelers.
Amy Kyler was traveling on Sylvan Road in Cooper Township Sunday at about 6:35 p.m. when she encountered three four-wheelers coming up the road. Kyler swerved to avoid hitting the first two four-wheelers that were riding side by side on the road.
Kyler’s SUV traveled off the road and hit an embankment before overturning twice. Kyler was ejected from the vehicle.
She was then transported to Clearfield Hospital for treatment.
As a result of this incident, police ask anyone who may have seen the four-wheelers or who knows who was operating them to contact state police at Clearfield at 857-3800.
